Limited Lifetime Warranty
What the warranty covers, how long coverage lasts, and how to submit a claim.
Effective Date: September 4, 2026
Warrantor: Spark Lines, Inc.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided by Spark Lines, Inc. (“Spark Lines”) for eligible Voron Glass-branded products purchased new at retail in the United States.
1. Products Covered
This warranty applies only to a new Voron Glass-branded product for which a Limited Lifetime Warranty is expressly stated on the product packaging, accompanying warranty materials, or applicable product listing at the time of purchase.
The warranty applies to the original retail purchaser and to the vehicle on which the product is first installed. It is not transferable.
2. What Is Covered
Subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions below, Spark Lines warrants that the covered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when:
- the product is installed on the correct year, make, model, body style, and vehicle configuration;
- the product is installed in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product; and
- the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose.
Covered defects may include cracking, abnormal warping, delamination, or failure of supplied mounting components when the problem results from a defect in materials or workmanship rather than an excluded cause.
3. How Long Coverage Lasts
For purposes of this warranty, “Limited Lifetime” means the period during which the original retail purchaser continues to own the vehicle on which the covered product was first installed.
Coverage ends when any of the following occurs:
- the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers ownership of that vehicle;
- the product is permanently removed from the vehicle on which it was first installed; or
- the original retail purchaser transfers the product to another person or vehicle.
This warranty is not transferable to a subsequent owner of either the vehicle or the product.
4. What Spark Lines Will Do
If Spark Lines determines that a properly submitted claim is covered by this warranty, Spark Lines will, at its option, replace the defective product at no additional charge.
Spark Lines does not cover labor or other expenses associated with inspecting, removing, installing, or reinstalling the product.
If the original product has been discontinued or is unavailable, Spark Lines may replace it with a current Voron Glass product or another product distributed by Spark Lines that has reasonably comparable function and value.
A replacement product provided under this warranty does not create a new warranty period. It remains covered only for the remainder of the warranty period applicable to the original product.
5. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, deterioration, or failure caused by or resulting from:
- incorrect installation or failure to follow the supplied installation instructions;
- installation on an incompatible vehicle or vehicle configuration;
- accident, collision, impact, road debris, or other external force;
- on-road or off-road hazards;
- misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;
- alteration or modification of the product;
- alteration or modification of the vehicle that affects product fit or performance;
- improper or inadequate maintenance;
- use for a purpose for which the product was not designed;
- normal wear and tear;
- cosmetic changes that do not materially affect product function, including minor scratches, scuffs, fading, or discoloration resulting from normal use;
- loss or theft; or
- any cause unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage to a vehicle, personal property, or any other product unless such coverage is required by applicable law.

Please provide:

Spark Lines may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm product eligibility, ownership, proper fitment, installation, and whether the claimed issue is covered.
Do not return a product to Spark Lines unless the Customer Relations Team first issues return authorization and provides return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
7. Claim Review and Replacement
Submitting a claim does not guarantee warranty coverage. Spark Lines will review the information provided and may require inspection or return of the product before making a coverage decision.
If a claim is approved, Spark Lines will provide instructions concerning replacement and whether the defective product must be returned. The claimant must provide an accurate shipping address and reasonably cooperate with the claim process.
8. Limitation of Implied Warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation above may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Incidental and Consequential Damages
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPARK LINES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusion or limitation above may not apply to you.
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Your Rights Under State Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
